Royal Mail Deliveries
We use Royal Mail to deliver your goods and have three services available to choose from when placing your order.
Tracked 24 - No signature required. Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day.
Tracked 48 - No signature required. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 working days.
Next Day by 1pm - Signature required: Delivery will be made the next working day before 1pm. Guaranteed.
Saturday by 1pm - Signature required: Delivery will be made the Saturday following your order, before 1pm. Guaranteed.
Free delivery - If you cart total is enough to qualify for free shipping, we will deliver your goods using the tracked 48 service. You can upgrade to Tracked 24 or Next Day by 1pm for a discounted fee if you qualify for free shipping but need your items sooner.
If you place your order before 4pm on a working day (Mon - Fri, exclusive of bank holidays), we will dispatch your order on the same day provided your items are in stock. Any orders placed after the 4pm cut off will be dispatched the next working day.
Tracked 24 & Tracked 48
Service schedule from the Royal Mail website:
"For Royal Mail Tracked 24 we aim to deliver the next working day and for Royal Mail Tracked 48 we aim to deliver the majority of your items within 2 working days."
*These services are not guaranteed and fees will not be refunded if we have dispatched your delivery on time but Royal Mail have delayed your delivery. If you need to guarantee a next day delivery please select Next Day by 1pm at checkout.
